While we always want you to be 100% happy with your Ownership of your STERLING-SCOTT(s), but this Flash Sale will be subject to the following

 

terms & conditions:

  • Participation in any or all of the Flash Sales indicates you have read and agree to the terms listed below including a complete release of Instagram by each participant with acknowledgement that the sales promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed,  administered by, or associated with Instagram.

  • Sales are open to adults 18 years of age and older.

  • Payment plans of 30, 60, & 90 days are available upon request to BTJ subscribers only for purchases over $100.

  • All sales are “as is” and are final. Items do not include any manufacturer’s warranties.

  • Requests for an exception for a defective item must be made in writing to carrie@benchtooljunkies.comwithin 10 days of item receipt.

  • Items may be: new, open box, discontinued products, demonstration models, and/or refurbished products.

  • Buyers are responsible for confirming compatibility of flexshaft handpieces & other tools with their existing equipment prior to claiming.

  • All tools have been cleaned, verified operational when possible, and the condition of the item noted in the listing along with any included accessories.

  • Buyers are responsible for shipping. International buyers must notify BTJ of their location at the time the claim is made. Subscribers may request smaller items to be shipped with a monthly subscription box providing it meets weight and spatial priority mail requirements.

  • All domestic packages will be shipped USPS Priority. International packages will be sent TBD.

BTJ Flash Sale Rules:

  2. Deleted claims are not allowed & could result in exclusion in future sales.

  3. Please DM your PayPal email once BTJ verifies your claimed comment. International buyers must include their location when sending PayPal info.

  4. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Domestic packages will ship via USPS Priority mail. International shipping TBD.

  5. Payments are due upon receipt unless arrangements for subscriber payment plans are made.

  6. Item(s) will ship within 2-3 business days of payment unless otherwise noted.
